Dr. Roman Povolotskiy earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School before completing his residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the same institution. He completed his training in 2025, developing expertise across the full range of otolaryngology subspecialties, including head and neck surgery, laryngology, rhinology and sinus surgery, otology and neurotology, sleep surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and pediatric otolaryngology.
In addition to his clinical training, Dr. Povolotskiy has published numerous papers in the field of Otolaryngology, contributing to advancements in patient care and surgical techniques. He offers both in-office and operating room procedures, tailoring treatments to the specific needs of each patient.
Dr. Povolotskiy is affiliated with St. Clare’s Health System and Ridgedale Surgery Center. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for both pediatric and adult patients across the full spectrum of ear, nose, and throat disorders.
